Starting at Aveda I had no clue what to expect coming from a “normal” college. All I knew was that I had a passion for doing hair. From the very beginning it felt like home, the educators are constantly helping you and making you a better cosmetologist. They’re always giving you little tidbits that always effect your work in a positive way. The other students in the phases are friendly and offer advice for the next phases. Everyone is always encouraging you to be your best and helping you expand your creativity.

Aveda is a great, focused, place to learn. They cater to your needs and help you achieve your dreams.

Well let’s see where do I start. I love my school. I was at an old school for hair and started over at Aveda in October and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I have such a passion for hair and its the best feeling to be around so many people who also have the same passion.

I have had the same teacher for my intro and A1 phase and she has been the best. Some teachers require you to “slow down” in a typical school so everyone is on the same page. But she lets me spread my hair wings. She always gives me nothing but positive advise. She is one of the many highly qualified educators here at the institute in Davie.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Aveda. If your willing to put forth the effort and always have that passion for hair and success than they will do nothing less than prepare you to be above the rest.
