Caasi Salmon

  “On this journey, I hope to inspire others with my wellness brand to allow people to realize that beauty starts with a pure heart. Once they have a session with me they can let go of everything.  All their fears and their previous thoughts of beauty, my duty will be to pamper them and have them leaving refreshed. For me, beauty is how you as the individual see yourself, loving one self, and having that transpire daily.” – Caasi Salmon

Caasi is currently enrolled in our Esthiology program and always goes above and beyond to ensure each one of her guests are pampered and feels beautiful. She is always ensuring her guests receive the full Aveda experience with the 12 points of difference and her passion for the industry is demonstrated greatly. Caasi is admired greatly for her kindness, dedication, and hard work by her classmates. We are so excited to see Caasi’s journey grow. Congratulations Caasi!

Megan Steils

 
“I chose to do this because I have always had a passion for making people feel more beautiful which is also how I have always chosen to lead my teams.
Something that I have always told my employees to remember is that you never know what kind of day someone is having.  Just taking the time to apply a lip gloss on someone can be the thing that completely changes how they see themselves for that one day.” -Megan Steils

Megan is currently enrolled in our cosmetology program and is a day maker everyday here at the Institute. She is a team player and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure her guests and classmates are having a great day. Megan is a part of our artistic team where her passion, creativity and talent shines immensely. We are excited to see Megan’s journey grow in the industry! Congratulations Megan!
