Spa Student of the Month
Monique Villa
“As a student to stand out, I have tried my best to:
1. Have a consistent attitude.
2. Show respect to earn respect.
3. Remain keen to learning.
4. Show generosity in sharing and transferring knowledge.
5. Stay truthful.
I attended high school in Elmhurst NY. I chose Aveda because it was my calling. It was my lifelong dream to attend Aveda. Esthetics and massage are my all.”
A Side Student of the Month

“Something I try to do as a student to stand out is staying positive all day. Somedays we get surprise services so I maintain a level head and a positive attitude so they go smoothly not only for myself but my guest.
I chose Aveda because I agree with the mission and strive to better our way of life in a clean and productive way.
I went to Timber Creek High School. When I came to Aveda I was on the Artistic Team, I got to do Orlando International Fashion Week’s Pulse tribute show and Runway 2 Haiti fashion show, worked on Miss Florida pageants and a few weddings.

B Side Student of the Month
Ashli Bailey
“I’m always mindful of my attitude and the way I treat my guests to make sure that they have a luxurious experience.
I chose Aveda because it is the Harvard of hair schools! Also, I wanted to be a part of a brand that’s an industry leader in sustainability, eco-friendliness and social progress.
I attended Langston Hughes High School in Fairburn, Georgia.
I’m part of the Artistic Team. I have done numerous fashion shows, which I truly enjoyed. I just recently participated in the Edwin Neill Full Potential competition. I really enjoy doing updos and I’m a superb colorist.
